The 1st International Logistics Connection Conference (ILCC) was held on 26-27th Oct, 2006 in Dalian. All participators expected the strengthening of business cooperation and communication between each other and screamed for set up the International Logistics Business Alliance (ILBA). In order to meet up with the requirements of participators, the organizing committee of ILCC announced the foundation of ILBA.

  ILBA relies on the advanced e-commerce platform, connecting consigners, forwards, ship owners, ship agencies and ports, promote business cooperation between each other and solve the problems of high logistical costs and resource waste efficiently. Both Chinese and overseas enterprises can share the information between each other, reduce the cost farthest and inerease enterprise’s profit. At the same time, ILBA will work together with FIATA and WCA in order to snatch the latest information of international trade, shipping and ports. ILBA will organize unroutine training, communication and discussion in order to solve the arising problems concerning logistics.
